Founded in 1986, El Cuscatleco Restaurant has come a long way from its beginnings in Shirlington Park, South Arlington, VA. When Oscar Salinas first started his passion for food, entertainment, and pride for his native country El Salvador motivated him to recreate the family restaurant you now enjoy.

This passion for sharing his enjoyable experience of El Salvador led Oscar to quit his day job and gave him the impetus to turn hard work and inspiration into a booming Restaurant.
